The SITRANS TH300 is a transmitter that is mounted in a sensor head, allowing for the most accurate temperature readings available. Coupled with a temperature sensor, this device is an essential part of any industry, perhaps most notably Mining. The sensors that it can couple to include Resistance thermometers (2, 3 or 4-wire system), thermocouples and resistance-based sensors, amongst others. Furthermore, it’s safety and reliability is proven by the fact that it has an extremely high accuracy across the entire ambient temperature range. Once connected, the instrument has diagnostic LED display where a green light displays indicating everything is working while a red light will flash if an internal fault is discovered. The instrument is designed with safety in mind, allowing smooth operation.
